If this Covid-19 pandemic has taught us anything, it is the fact that our immunity system can either prove to be our biggest strength or our biggest weakness. After all, it’s in our hands; whether we want to take care of our health or completely ignore it! A recent study conducted by the CDC organization (Centers for disease control and prevention) revealed that 6 out of every 10 adults in the US have chronic health problems. Furthermore, 4 in every 10 adults in the US are facing at least 2 or more chronic health diseases.

Like many people out there, losing weight naturally was perhaps the hardest thing for me to do. To be honest, I have been struggling with weight-loss for as long as I can remember. In the last few years, I have tried everything from hiring a personal gym trainer to even consulting a dietician. Can you believe it? Paying money to someone who would recommend me a diet that I was not even going to follow! It was making me go crazy because at that time I genuinely believed that, “you can’t just switch from constantly munching on ‘junk food’ to eating ‘healthy’ in one day.”

Just like the name suggests, ‘dark web’ is ‘that part’ of the World Wide Web, which is not accessible to us via normal search engines like Google, Yahoo, etc. The reason being, these dark net websites are not indexed by the normal search engines. (FUN FACT: Although, many people think that the World Wide Web (web) and the internet are the same thing; however, they are completely different systems. While World Wide Web is the collection of web pages, the internet is a wide network of computers connected altogether)

It’s the year ‘2020’, a time when we are more digitally connected with each other than ever before! In other words, for all the marketing enthusiasts, this is like the perfect time to talk about a digital marketing guide. After all, the total number of people around the globe using the internet right now is anywhere around 4 to 5 billion; meaning, around 60% of the world’s population is digitally connected at this very moment. Further, this number is only increasing with each passing year. So, it probably shouldn’t surprise you when I say that digital marketing is the need of the hour for any given business!

There are probably ‘n’ number of reasons as to why you might be reading this article today- ‘You have heard about this cool-new term called “SERPs” from your friends or colleagues in some board-room meeting,’ or ‘You probably own a website/blog that you want to earn money from,’ or ‘perhaps you are simply curious about learning new things in life’.
